Stoner.chat is intended for adults 18 and older. The age question is a self-declaration, not verified age assurance. Do not use the chat if you are under 18.
What the service is
Stoner.chat is an AI system playing a fictional, thousand-year-old stoner philosopher. It is not a human, is not actually intoxicated, and does not have real-world memories or feelings. Replies are generated and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
The service is for entertainment and general information. It is not medical, legal, mental-health, financial, or emergency advice. Do not rely on it to diagnose a condition, decide whether it is safe to drive, or determine the legal status of cannabis where you are. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services.
Use the service responsibly
Do not use Stoner.chat to facilitate harm, illegal activity, or unsafe cannabis use. Do not use it to obtain individualized drug dosing or instructions to conceal use from a responsible caregiver. The service may limit or stop a conversation to protect users or the service.
Conversation data
Recent conversation context may be stored temporarily so replies can use earlier turns. It stops being used after 30 minutes of inactivity. Physical deletion, provider logs, and hosting/database backups can follow different schedules. Read the Privacy notice for the current data-flow description.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. These draft terms do not promise continuous availability or a particular answer quality. We will update this page when the service terms change.
Operator and review
The operator’s legal identity, contact method, governing law, dispute process, and jurisdiction-specific terms must be added after owner and counsel review. This draft is not a legal certification and should not be treated as final Production terms.
